Sona Pillow helps you to sleep on your side and moves your jaw forward due to the patented inclined sleeping surface.

Adults who snore and/or have mild sleep apnea should use the Sona Pillow, but everyone can benefit by using the Sona Pillow as it is very comfortable and promotes sleeping in the side position which leads to sound, peaceful sleep.

The effectiveness of Sona Pillow in the management of snoring and mild sleep apnea was proven on sleep apnea patients in medical studies and published in peer reviewed medical journal. Ongoing research data is being collected and will be published.

5. How soon can I see benefits from using the Sona Pillow?
When used properly, your snoring should improve even on the first night. The Sona Pillow is a medical device and may take some time to get used to. With continued usage the pillow will conform to your shape. Changing sleep habits does not happen overnight and continued proper usage will get more comfortable, and you will learn new and healthier sleep habits.

The Sona Pillow is made of a high grade cotton and filled with hypoallergenic superior grade poly fiberfill.

7. How do you use the Sona Pillow?
The Sona Pillow consists of a double incline which is the sleeping surface. Underneath each inclined surface is a recess to place your arm through, so you sleep on your side with your hand under your head. The face should always be facing downwards and you can switch from one side to the other. The blue lines on the pillow should always be towards your shoulder and the zipper on the pillowcase should be away from the shoulder on the opposite side from the lines. Make sure of this when you place the pillowcase on.

8. Should I break in the Sona Pillow?
Yes, it is recommended that when you first get the pillow you should lean back on it in bed for the first few nights prior to using it as this process helps settle down the filling and helps the pillow conform to your shape.

9. Do I have to hug a pillow while using the Sona Pillow?
It is recommended that you hug a king size pillow while sleeping on your side on the Sona Pillow, as this helps keep your body aligned and helps maintain the side sleeping position. You may also hug a significant other.

10. How does the Sona Pillow keep me from sleeping on my back?
The central raised surface is specially designed to help you avoid sleeping on your back.

11. Can I change positions while using the Sona Pillow?
Yes, the Sona Pillow is specially designed to be used while sleeping on either side. The Sona Pillow has two inclined sleeping surfaces on each side so that the person can switch sides easily and continue perfect sleep.

12. Does the Sona Pillow come with a pillowcase?
Yes, the Sona Pillow comes with a special pillowcase made for this pillow.

13. What is so special about the Sona Pillowcase?
The Sona Pillowcase has specially formed arm slings which are there to help acclimatize the person using the pillow to maintain their arm under their head while sleeping. It also aids in helping to maintain the side position habit.

14. Can I use a regular pillowcase with the Sona Pillow?
No. The Sona Pillow has a custom pillowcase made to be used specially for it, which helps maintain the shape and effectiveness of the pillow. Using a regular pillowcase will nullify the effectiveness of the pillow as its shape would not be maintained.

15. Can I purchase the pillowcase in different colors?
We will be offering the pillowcase in different colors in the near future.

16. Is the Sona Pillow washable?
No, only the pillowcase is machine washable, delicate cycle, cold water, tumble dry low.
